The last few 8 weeks or so, have been life changing! Flo helped me to get past my compulsive eating and now I eat healthy with a large variety of food. I feel satisfied with less food, reduced my sugar treats consumption and already lost one size pants.

Before starting I was thinking it was impossible to lose weight at my age and decrease my appetite. I believed I was born with a super enormous appetite in comparison to other people.

Finally, I was able to lose the weight I put on these past years and get rid of my spare tire belly, 18 pounds in total.

Before starting my nutritional weight loss program, I had trouble losing weight, even though I always said I was on a diet, dieting, or watching my weight. I was eating a lot of the wrong foods and experienced a lack energy to make it through a full day of work. I play a very high level of tennis and because of my extra weight, I noticed I had trouble competing and even getting hurt on the tennis court. It was time to do something about it!

The diet has improved tremendously because I’m eating the right foods most of the time. I have stopped eating as much the foods with sugar and fat; specifically candy, cakes, and ice cream. Still enjoying them though, at times!

What do you do when your doctor says, “according to your bloodwork you just crossed into Type 2 diabetes territory, other blood measures are too high and your BMI shows you are overweight. If you lose 20 pounds, develop some good eating and lifestyle habits you should be in good shape without diabetes medication”.

I met Flo and described my new found dilemma and my desire to get to a new lifestyle, not a new diet, and more importantly to move bloodwork measures into the normal range and get out of diabetes territory. I signed up for the 90 days couple plan with my wife to support me. I had blood work done after 60 days with Flo’s coaching and instruction. My doctor was shocked as all the measures came into normal readings and I was out of the diabetes territory.

I have more work to do with Flo to refine my food choices and get to my desired weight goals but I am so encouraged with my results. My new lifestyle and new eating habits are the new normal, I have never felt better on a day to day basis and most importantly what I am doing is sustainable for the long term. Thank you Flo for making these seemingly impossible goals into a reality.

I really liked the meal planning was adding things instead of removing things because all of the other meal plan were making me feel deprived and the reason I wanted something different for a long term solution.

Was feeling at my highest weight especially in my mid-section, much larger than I was comfortable with and couldn’t quite figure out how to address it on my own.

I feel much more able to plan my menus, to grocery shop and eat varied foods that taste good because I was eating mainly ground turkey and brown rice. Now I feel less bloated at mid section and I also feel loser in my pants.

I feel heard and cared. I leave my meetings with Flo with the right information to help me on a daily basis.

I have learned that my lifestyle makes the difference; there is no magic bullet, but healthy eating, regular exercise, and accountability.

Having a healthy relationship with food has been difficult for me. Often it’s easy to find excuses for why something doesn’t work, Flo is always ready to help provide ideas on how to remove those “blockers”.

Partnering with Flo has helped me to better understand elements of food science and its impact on the body and more importantly how to plan for and achieve success on my journey to a healthier me.
